i've been meaning to start journaling but i literally never have time
right after meditation is perfect - your mind's already in that mode. what if you just wrote ONE thing you're grateful for? like 2 minutes max
that sounds doable actually. but knowing me i'll forget or have to go find my notebook and then it won't happen
